Bally’s Intralot has finalized a £286.78m (€306m) financing agreement to support its corporate operations and future acquisitions. The deal was arranged through the subsidiary Intralot Capital Luxembourg on July 28, 2026.
Financial Structure and Allocation
The facility consists of two term loan tranches with a three-year tenor. The arrangement is secured on a senior basis and guaranteed by members of the Bally’s Intralot Group, mirroring the company's existing financing structures. Management intends to utilize the capital for general corporate needs and working capital requirements.
The funds are also designated for the group's acquisition strategy and the refinancing of existing debt obligations.
Earlier this month, the company announced a contract extension with Premier Lotteries Ireland. This agreement ensures Bally’s Intralot continues to provide services to the Irish National Lottery operator until November 2034.
